In compliance with required guidelines mitigating the spread of COVID-19, to protect our community, and our team, we ask all visitors to adhere to the following:

  • Wear facial coverings.

  • Maintain a 6 ft. social distance from others.

  • Only 2 visitors per shelter building at a time.

  • No more than 6 visitors allowed on the entire shelter campus at once.

  • Wash or sanitize hands frequently.

  • If you are sick or symptomatic, stay home and do not come into our facility; we may be able to assist you via phone or email.

We deeply appreciate everyone’s cooperation with these protocols and look forward to the future when we can resume normal operations and services. Thank you for your continued support and please take care of your family, friends, and community members by following these simple procedures. We want to see everyone again very soon and the animals need you! If you can't adopt or foster, but still want to help out, your generous donation is more important than ever before. Due to the pandemic, we will need every dollar to continue caring for our homeless pets during this crisis. Donations can be made online through our Facebook page's donate button or through the donate button on our website at Snail mail donations also work - we are accepting check and money order donations through the mail at Noah's Ark, PO Box 478, Trinidad, CO 81082.

If you shop online through Smile.Amazon, please select Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association as your charity of choice and Amazon will make a contribution to our nonprofit. If you would like to purchase supplies for our shelter to use, we can use the following high demand items: paper towels, pig ear chew treats, nitrile gloves, disinfecting bleach, cat litter, KMR kitten formula, Esbilac puppy formula, fuzzy catnip mice and postage stamps (first-class and/or postcard). Supplies can be sent/delivered to Noah's Ark at 224 N. Chestnut St, Trinidad, CO 81082..
