The beautiful lawns of Trinidad, Colorado’s historic Bloom Mansion await you... transporting you and friends to a bygone era. Come dressed in late 1800s to 1930s attire or character, for a high tea affair filled with elegance, simplicity, and fun... this is the exclusive event that will be the talk of the town for the months to follow! 

Party-goers will have the opportunity to win one-of-a-kind trophies in the costume contest, mustache contest, and croquet tournament. Contests not your thing? No worries... Downton Tabby offers something for everyone!

Partake in noncompetitive and relaxing lawn games. Chit-chat with friends while sipping tea in authentic teacups, listening to ambient music, and studying the collection of vintage event decorations. Stroll over to the silent auction tables for the chance to add antique-themed treasures to your personal home collection, or enter to win the 50/50 raffle drawing.  

As you take notice of the stunning architecture and relaxing gardens that grace the venue, be sure to savor the abundant assortment of delectable hor d’oeuvres offerings.  Say goodbye to the hot summer months, with a visit to the dessert bar or with a parfait jar filled with cold ice cream and choice toppings. 

Be sure to take a lasting keepsake with you before departing the event in the early evening. Professional photographer, Brad Kirby will be available at the photo booth to capture an instant portrait. 

The Downton Tabby is happening Saturday, September 7th from 2 to 5 pm.  The event is inspired by, the much anticipated, upcoming September 20th movie release of Downton Abbey. This is a one-time event you won’t want to miss!

100% of the proceeds benefit the shelter animals of Noah’s Ark Animal Welfare Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Trinidad, CO.  Noah’s Ark Animal Welfare Association is currently collaborating with the City of Trinidad in building a new animal shelter.

The Fine Print: The Downton Tabby is a 18 years & up event. Please leave your pets in the safety and comfort of home. Costumes are encouraged but not mandatory.  The event’s raffle drawing and contests are available only to ticket holders.  No additional fees are required to enter the costume contest, mustache contest, or croquet tournament. All ticket sales are final. The Bloom Mansion is located at 312 E. Main Street in Trinidad, CO. Please enter through the Walnut Street gate.
